- Usage & technical data — such as logs and diagnostics you choose to enable, to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information to verify identity, deliver the product (inbox, mail delivery, notifications), meet legal obligations, and improve reliability and security.
Retention & deletion
Describe your retention periods and how users can request export or deletion—align with your jurisdiction (for example GDPR) and your actual backend capabilities.
